- x2 nights' accommodation at Daly River Barra Resort
- x2 full days helifishing (days 1 & 3) in 1 X Bell 407 helicopter at select locations around Anson Bay (including all fishing equipment, guide/pilot, bottled water and lunch), with heli on standby on day 2
- x1 full day boat charter (including professional and qualified guides, lunch and bottled water
- All fishing and park entry permits
- All meals and water outside of fishing charters (please note that any drinks outside of water are at own expense, and Daly River Barra Lodge does not sell or store alcohol, however this can be brought in by guests)

The Anson Bay Coastal Creek system includes over 2,600 square kilometres of floodplains located around Anson Bay, and the lower stretches of the Daly, Reynolds and Docherty Rivers. Located about 120km southwest of Darwin, these floodplains are seasonally inundated with marine and wildlife and are perfect for remote estuary fishing adventures – with the right equipment and guides!
This experience utilises local knowledge and untouched locations to provide you with the ultimate helifishing adventure in the NT.
What you can catch
Barramundi is the prize catch in this region, and this location provides some of the best Barramundi fishing in the Northern Territory. This fishing experience is focused on giving you the best opportunity to catch one of Australia’s most famous fish species.
Other species that can be caught in the region include; Mangrove Jack, Golden Trevally, Threadfin Salmon, Golden snapper, Queenfish, Catfish and some shark species.
Vessels and Equipment
Helifishing
Your helifishing adventures will be undertaken in a Bell 407 passenger aircraft, which is the perfect aircraft for sightseeing and reaching those hard-to-reach locations.
Boat Charter
Your full day boat charter will be onboard a custom-built 7m vessel, including a colour sounder, GPS, satellite phone and full safety equipment. Perfect for navigating the plentiful Daly River waters.
Accommodation
Accommodation is in the well-located Daly River Barra Lodge in Self Contained Cabins. The cabins include a double bed, single bunks, and pull-out double sofa (the package includes twin share accommodation, individual rooms will incur an additional fee).
