You will receive a copy of your proposed hand-crafted fishing holiday itinerary. Please take the time to read through your fishing itinerary. We will be more than happy to answer any questions or comments you may have about your fishing trip. If your itinerary requires some refining, we are happy to do this also.

Once you are happy to proceed with your Australian fishing holiday, we will send you an invoice for 25% deposit payment of the total trip cost (unless advised otherwise). Once we have received your deposit payment, we will secure all arrangements for your journey.

The balance of your trip payment is required 90 days prior to travel (unless advised otherwise).

Approximately 30 days before you travel, we will send you a copy of your final itinerary and contact details that you can leave with your family and friends. We will also advise you of our 24-hour emergency contact phone number that you can utilise if need be.

If you live in Australia, we will post all your documents in advance, if you live overseas – on arrival at your first destination all required travel documentation for your trip will be waiting for you. Your dedicated Fishing Safari Designer will contact you on arrival and periodically throughout your trip to ensure all is running seamlessly.

Upon completion of your fishing trip, we will send you a feedback form. We strongly value your feedback and use the information you provide to continue to provide a high level of excellence.
