Croker Island lies where the Arafura Sea meets the Timor Sea. Its landscape is flat, covered with tropical rainforest and fringed by sandy beaches and coral reef. It is where anglers flock to try their luck with Croker’s many species of tropical fish.
Bullo River Station
Mighty barramundi, occasionally topping 50 pounds, are found throughout the waterway of Bullo River Station and it’s the prospect of tangling with these spectacular and hard-fighting fish that consistently draws angling die-hards.
In addition to its extraordinary natural beauty and prolific wildlife, this region boasts one of the world’s great sports fish, the mighty Barramundi, both in the river systems and in the ‘run off’ on the floodplains.
